We are currently seeking a Chinese / English Bilingual Sales Manager for our client, which is located in the Greater Los Angeles Area!
The company provides assistance in sourcing, purchasing and more for aerospace customers in Asia partnering with their sister company in Japan. You will be responsible for China regional sales and marketing.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Establish and build strong client relationships over time that allow for continuity and ongoing representation, reinforced by sales support/delivery programs, and communicates to other relevant company functions/divisions.
Conducts customer visits on a regular basis, thus requiring substantial travel.
Identifies customers’ strategic direction and needs related to company’s core supply base
Monitors competitor activity in each account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated.
・Develops and maintains territory forecast and ensures a healthy sales funnel to support the forecast.
・Contribute to creativity of product presentation and promotional activities, including adapting marketing collateral and presentations for local language and culture.
・Constantly monitors in-service product performance, communicates with suppliers, within the company, and to the customer to ensure product performance meets established objectives, and supports resolving any in-service performance issues for the customer.
・Ensures effective administration of marketing proposals and product briefs.
・Other duties required.
Fluency in Mandarin / Cantonese and English - Professional Working to Native Level.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant Aerospace experience.
Proficient with computer applications (MS Office Suite, etc).
Ability to travel frequently to China region, up to 50%
Ability to perform in-depth analysis and work with multiple cultures and personalities.
Fluency in Japanese
